Here are our prayer requests for the week:
1. Nan - Her father will be undergoing surgery this Tuesday to remove the cancer. Please pray for a successful surgery and a fast recovery for her father. Nan's grandfather also recently passed away. Pray for peace and comfort for her and her family during this time.
2. Many of the Newsong STM (short term missions) teams will be leaving this week. Please pray for safe travels and that each team will have a life changing experience.

3. Katie - Her sister is having jaw surgery. Please pray for a successful surgery and fast recovery.
4. Suzie - Was feeling ill this weekend and is dealing with a sunburn.
5. NOC South Africa Team - This weekend, I was able to talk with one of the team members, Fred. He shared that his team has been facing some spiritual warfare just like our team. Two of their team members got into car accidents recently (two of our team members also got into car accidents). Pray that these issues will be resolved quickly (knowing how time consuming it can be to deal with insurance agencies). Also, one of their team members Tanya got her purse stolen at the school where she teaches. Pray that God would convict those who stole her purse to return it. Lastly, please pray for their fundraising needs, they are also 80% to their goal and are leaving on July 13. Pray that the team would put their trust in God to provide the funds.
